What is your business and where is it?  
I am peacemaker based in Trevose, Pennsylvania.   For me being a peacemaker first and foremost means that I do not go to Court.  I do, however, serve my clients as a mediator; as a collaborative lawyer; and as a teacher of conflict resolution skills.  

As a mediator, I create space for people to have difficult conversations.  I do not make decisions as to what those conversations are about or what is their outcome.  In my divorce mediation practice, I focus on holding compassionate space for the couple while providing a structure for a constructive, meaningful and productive dialogue.  

What’s your business and where is it?
I’m a mediator and conflict coach working mostly in divorce and custody. My business is Progressive Conflict Solutions, located in Media, PA - the heart of Delaware County.
 
What motivates you to make divorce more healthy?
I’m divorced myself and have had 50-50 custody of my two sons, now 15 and 17, for 11 years. Seeing how well my family transitioned after divorce, people often approached me to ask about how I managed to have a “good divorce” and co-parent so successfully.
